  3. Select a Service Provider

    • Choose the service provider that fits your requirements based on ratings, reviews, and availability.
    • You can also compare service providers side-by-side.
  4. Book a Service

    • Once you've selected a provider, book the service at your preferred date and time.
    • You’ll receive a confirmation notification as soon as the provider accepts your booking.
  5. Earn Loyalty Points

    • With every booking, earn loyalty points that can be redeemed for future discounts or offers.
    • The number of points awarded is set by the platform’s admin and displayed on your profile.
  6. Receive Badges

    • As you accumulate loyalty points, you'll unlock badges for reaching predefined thresholds.
    • Notifications will be sent whenever you earn a new badge, which will be showcased on your profile.
  7. Manage Your Bookings

    • Keep track of your bookings, view your history, and reschedule if necessary.
    • Both the booking provider and the receiving provider are notified of any changes.
