Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Telesynca, we strive to deliver an exceptional AI-powered experience through our multi-agent collaboration and automation platform. We value transparency and fairness in every transaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel your subscription, request a refund, or be charged for service-related events.


1. Scope and Applicability

This policy applies to all users (“Customers”) who have subscribed to or purchased any Telesynca service, including:

  • Platform subscriptions (monthly or annual plans)

  • Pay-per-use agent credits

  • Add-on modules, integrations, or consulting services

  • Any scheduled onboarding, demo, or training sessions

By purchasing or subscribing to any Telesynca service, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@telesynca.com.

  • Monthly Subscriptions:
    Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until that date. No pro-rata refunds are provided for unused time.

  • Annual Subscriptions:
    You may cancel anytime before renewal. Refunds are not provided for partial usage of an active annual term unless Telesynca fails to deliver the service as agreed (see Section 4).

  • Trial Periods:
    If you cancel during a free trial, no charges will apply. Once the trial converts to a paid plan, standard terms apply.


3. Scheduled Sessions and Onboarding

If you book a session with a Telesynca expert, trainer, or agent specialist:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session will not incur any fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be charged up to 50% of the session fee.

  • No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session amount.

  • Telesynca may waive the first no-show or late cancellation fee as a courtesy.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally non-refundable, except in the following situations:

  1. Service Failure:
    If Telesynca is unable to provide access to the platform for more than 72 consecutive hours due to technical issues directly attributable to us, a proportional credit or refund may be issued.

  2. Billing Error:
    If you are incorrectly charged or double-billed, please notify us within 10 business days of the transaction. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full.

  3. Duplicate Subscriptions:
    If multiple subscriptions were created unintentionally under the same account or billing email, and reported within 7 days, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.

  4. Early Cancellation During Annual Term (Exceptional Cases):
    Refunds may be considered on a pro-rata basis if you can demonstrate that Telesynca failed to meet its service obligations as defined in your plan.

Note: Refund requests beyond 30 days of the original payment date will not be eligible, except for verified billing errors.


5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days of approval.

  • For certain payment processors or banks, additional time may be required to reflect the credit in your account.

  • Telesynca will not be liable for delays caused by external payment gateways, banking institutions, or card networks.


6. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Services that have already been rendered (e.g., consulting hours, integrations, setup assistance)

  • Used AI agent credits or workflows

  • Subscription renewals that occurred prior to cancellation notice

  • Promotional discounts, trials converted to paid plans, or one-time offers


7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting Telesynca support, your account may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
We encourage all customers to reach out to support@telesynca.com for resolution prior to disputing charges with their bank or payment provider.


8. Policy Updates

Telesynca reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business, compliance requirements, or operational practices.
